How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 4-10 business days. International orders can take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. Please allow up to 4 business days to process and ship out. This may vary based on product availability, or where otherwise stated on product page.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS and UPS. International orders are shipped via UPS International Shipping. On international orders, after order is processed and sent out, transit time is very fast. Usually 3-5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your location/country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. *Please note: We will not be responsible for regular customs duties and fees levied by your destination country.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Canada, Australia, France, United Kingdom. If you do not see your country please send us an email.

We provide a shipping number to prove that we've sent your product, but once it leaves the US we will not be held responsible for lost items. For the most part, our shipping method is known to be very reliable.

RETURN POLICY

We strive to make the highest quality goods available. If you are not happy with your product, first contact us via email to see if your exchange/return qualifies. Product has to be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving.
Once we have approved your return/exchange you may send it back. Please include your order/invoice number that was sent with your product, so we may identify your purchase. Also include a note detailing what action you would like us to take. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
